Fuddruckers

- burgers appeared much smaller than normal (1/3lb was smaller than a quarter pounder??), - we ordered bacon on one of our burgers, and they didn’t put it on there, - fries were kinda mushy, - half the soda fountains were out of order, - the ketchup dispensers were all out of ketchup, - change machine was accepting dollars and spitting out four coins that were not all quarters (we got a nickel, a dime, and a penny instead of quarters), - most of the coin game machines were not plugged in, and one of them ate my daughter’s four quarters and didn’t spit them out when she clicked the coin return, - managers were alerted, and they tried to fix the issues, but they didn’t post out of order signs on any of the machines. Nothing about our visit was positive, though it was “memorable” in that we will always remember to never come back here again. Happy birthday to me.

It might be hard to believe given the plethora of choices, but Fuddruckers' burgers are my favorite. I have never eaten a burger or dare I say, salad that I has not left me full and satisfied. Regrettably, what prevents me from going more often is the state of disarray the restaurant is in. I feel that every visit I witness something more disconcerting than the last. Missing toiletries, sticky floors, stained tables & countertops, and most recently brown burger patties on display. Alone, these things might not stop anyone from eating their favorite food; if compiled, then the choice to go elsewhere makes it all the easier.

Used to be a good place to eat, sadly not anymore. It's been twice that I've waited for over 30 min for a salad. I get there before rush hour yet other people's meals come out before mine. Went over to ask about my order and the man very rudely puts his hand ✋️ in front of my face telling me to wait my turn. My coworker had been waiting for 10 min standing there waiting for him to acknowledge her. Horrible experience. After asking me if I was with her, he then told me to wait and for me not to "look at him like that". Im not sure what other eyes i could give the man after being shocked for putting his hand on my face without letting me talk. Aside from bad customer service, it's a dirty place.
