I went here to purchase food from my grandmother on her birthday I and this place was a complete disappointment. From the moment I walked in I can tell that the old lady taking the orders is ready to go because her attitude was terrible. It was an hour or so before they close and they tell me they have no sides. If it was not for my grandmother loving the food I would never come back here. The old lady should retire because her attitude is terrible

Horrible customer service! The food was HORRIBLE!!. ordered turkey tips...They were full of fat meat and they were tuff!! Not tender at all!!. Sweet potatoes taste lime they were straight out the can! Mac n cheese was straight from the box without real cheese! Mac n cheese slid off my plate, they were so runny! Almost a 100.00 bill for that awful food n service. Never again.

The ribs was hard. It was about 5 tender tips. The rest was hard ends. Will not eat at Kenny’s no more. This was my fourth time. Usually it is good. They need to get a better cook for the ribs.

The woman preparing the orders seemed to have an attitude when my driver asked about ordering wings then changed his mind bc he wanted the order hot . He humanly just forgot he wouldn't get off til after nine pm. The time was about 1pm . If he ordered nobody likes reheated fried wings.She mumbled something but I didn't take time to even ask " what'd you say miss " my driver mentioned it to me as we left with my order of tips it was tasty could have been one more rib tip. The Gentleman cooking ribs over a hot grill smiled seemed very pleasant. But the server would run his customers away if they paid any attention to her.

0 Stars 90+ dollars for hard links, hard tips, upcharge for wings, fee to use debit card, cold fries food just not the best, haven't been here in awhile, didn't know they raised their prices that much for subpar food, will skip Kenny's until they can get their act together. New management and new employees needed quickly.

Grabbed a bucket of tips for $44 bucks....meaty with fries and a small Mac & cheese! Needed more sauce but still, tasted um mmmm! Had leftovers for 3, sides were gone tho and I just need sides for tomorrow's dinner. A mini tip is about $10 bucks, a large about $19, a xlarge about $26 and they have yams, greens, dressing and I did mention mac & cheese 😋

Customer was great actually Thats why I give it 3 stars because the rib tips was nasty they was I had them without the sauce in it was extra extra nasty I think they need to redo the ribs in I’ll try again the chicken was really good & fresh but they need to make them ribs better but this my last time

I ordered a mini rib tip with 2 wings which came with French fries. I asked for mild sauce over everything and that the tips be cut small. The rib tips were HUGE - not cut at all, the fries and wings were ok, but I didn't like the sauce.
