I'm giving it 4 stars. You get some batista that work here. Who are dry, unwelcoming and don't even say hello or goodmorning!! That's very rude and unprofessional. Goodmorning goes a long way. Especially for your tips. However you also get great baristas. And the coffee is fantastic here.

Update: Starbums corporate you guys suck, there is no reason I should sit in a drive-thru for 15 plus minutes and 8 plus cars all day everyday, get this people some help or Ill just flat out stop coming and bash you lib scumbags.
start off, long time manager is a good guy and cares about his store but good help is it hard to find I assume these days. Some/couple of the bartenders flat out dont care, slow and unfortunately rude as the one I had today was. I will say not all the employees are bad as there is a couple long term ones I can think of that are super cool. This isnt justba Starbucks thing as CS has recently tanked over the past 2.5 years. Ill return as always because the products taste good as they should for the price. A+ local management, D- Corporate.

Always great coffees at Starbucks! My favorite is the “Cookies and Cream” drink. Just order this:

My daughter and I went here together and we recieved fast and courteous service. The place was pretty clean. Good for how busy they were.

Even on a really busy day, most of them were working super hard to keep up. I thought they were doing pretty darn good overall. Will return again the next time I'm on 96.

The drive thru is a bit of a hassle having another store there with it, people do cut in, but the baristas we have come into contact with have always been great to us! Even our little Starbucks mini! She loves being spoiled with a cream cup.

They sis their absolute best to get my mobile order to me in a timely manner and I was very pleased with staff and how they addressed me, and the crowd. Lovely bunch of employees and exceptional service!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year and a half now, and I just wanna say how great the staff is there! I’ve become a “regular” there and I’ve acquainted and created a special bond with a few of the employees, they’re just so sweet and kind! Not to mention, their employees never fail to amaze me with their skills, I get mainly 1 drink and they always make it perfectly the way I like it! I’ve never really had any issues with ordering my drink at this location, therefore this store gets a 5/5 star rating from me! 🙌🏻 (it’s been a few months since I’ve been coming here but I went in today 3-13-23 to use my stars for a free coffee and they were quite happy to see me after a while and they even remembered my drink before I even had to say it myself!) if you want great customer service, you’ll definitely find it here!

Stopped in at this Starbucks location for a meeting and enjoyed my visit. The store is a bit on the smaller side, but still a very clean store and the staff was super friendly. I got a pour over and it was actually really tasty. The only downside is some of the plugs on one part of the store suddenly stopped working and so I had to shift to another seat. All in all a good experience.
