The food is usually pretty good, although the last time we got sick with the runs. Customer service varies. Sometimes nastidious, other times not so bad. We call it the Glen Dale Asylum KFC. Good luck!

Staff taking order through the drive thru window was rude and they got my order wrong. Called them when I got home, they hung up on me. Decided to go ahead and eat what I got (chicken tenders and fries) since the drive was gona be 30+ minutes . The food was cold, and chicken tasted cold and rubbery and seemed to be out for hours. Safe to say I will not be going back.

Expensive. 8 piece chicken meal is $20.00. This KFC needs to remodel outside and the parking lot needs a make over. Drive thru cashiers are great depending on who might be working that day. I don't think you can walk in and order..parking lot needs repaving.

My kids was trying to keeping from cooking so they went thru the drive thru they totally forgot the large side of fries. They said had only three biscuits in the store we didn’t get any at all. We paid alot for nearly no food such horrible service!!

The cashier at the window taking money & handling the bags. Went to correct my order with NO gloves on, she picked up the chicken wings (bare hands) put them in a container and handed them to me. That’s just NASTY!!!

Worst food place and drive thru whatsoever.They listen wrongly and give you wrong orders.Make you pay more than you bargained.Twice happening now.Never to go there ever again.Worst drive through ever.My kids fries was burnt and hard as a rock.Worst and rude cashiers.Save your self time and go to the Macdonalds opposite it.This kfc drive thru cashiers are so rude and if you need to eat burnt food then go there.They need to remove their prrsonal earbuds and listen well to orders.

They are the worse, they mess up your order they don't care. How hard is it to count 12 pieces of chicken out? I will not patronize this establishment EVER AGAIN.1 star is 2 too many.

I wish I can give this kfc zero stars, the food is horrible and cold. The French fries taste like they had it since yesterday and the wings was so hard and cold and taste like they made it few days ago. The health department need to go inspect the poor food quality.
