I always go to the KFC even though I don't live near by. The chicken is always guaranteed to be hot and fresh. For some reason the oil feels cleaner than other ones I've been to. Also a huge plus they have Hot and Spicy all year round. The customer service is always super friendly and accurate even when I'm a pain and amend orders.

Usually when I make a request like “no wings” they try to satisfy it. I know it’s not a guarantee but out of my 8 pieces, after asking for “no wings” I end up getting 4 wings. Seriously? This store must do this just to spite me. Great customer service there….

Usually not the best quality KFC from here. I only usually go to this KFC out of conscience, yet it's definitely one of the more dirty and less enjoyable KFC experience. The food is usually quick and the staff are nice, but it's often not nice tasting and sometimes there's a few issues with my orders. Bit of a hit or miss I found.

Took 30 minutes to get my order. Noticed after 10 minutes my number didn't go onto the board for preparing orders. I inquired, they said they are busy. After another 10 asked again and they admitted it didn't go through and then took another 10 to make. In time I was there countless orders were taken but only 3 were completed despite about 8 workers standing around.

Reading the reviews now it looks like they are quite consistent in their forgetting of items in the orders. They also messed up my order when they forgot my coleslaw and hot and spicy chicken. Very disappointing. The chicken nugget was soggy too.

Quality of KFC should be same in every store unfortunately its not. However, KFC Artarmon has the best quality of fried chicken, always fresh and tender. Did a catering order and got fresh from pot.
