Wok Express

I’ve been living in lancs for 4 years now, and Wok Express is my go to. Is their food the best? Probably not. But are they consistent in their level of standards. Yes. They have never failed to deliver a decent chinese. They once got the mock duck order wrong by putting real duck in it, however, they replaced it at no extra charge which was great. Their service is very fast too. The food is usually ready between 30 and 45 mins (if living in town). However, I cant vouch for all the menu items but my go to order is the crispy chilli beef which is actually crispy, sweet and delicious. Their egg fried rice needs improvement flavour-wise, a bit bland but all in all it gets the job done. The seaweed is sweet but a little overpriced, but the free (over £25 order) spring rolls and prawn crackers are good. Their noodles are pretty good and anything from the salt and pepper section is a safe bet. All in all there’s only one thing I need to say; Thanks for your reliability. Wok Express.

Well only problem was ordering when 1st opened,it took a while to get here but not disappointed with the food at all. The ribs were the hottest I've ever had 👍👍👍my sweet 'n' sour chicken huge & my lad thought his was that big & good he couldn't help but leave half and demand he gets the rest Friday nite which is not him.well done

Definitely the best Chinese in Lancaster! Never had any complaints about the food from here. The meal deals are well priced and gives loads of food. Delivery is usually quite slow but they tell you that when you order so can't really complain about it. The food is salty but it's a Chinese so nothing unusual there!

Best Chinese in Lancaster. Now under new management with much better Chinese Chef. Food delivered hot and good portion size. Fast delivery. I can't fault them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Chinese. P.S. If you want Thai food then order from a Thai takeaway, unless of course you don't want to spend the extra money!
