The person who starts the sandwich making was rude especially when she found it was a big order of 8 sandwiches. The place wasn't busy there was no line. 7 minutes into me placing my order then that's when a few other's walked in. But when I put my order in she literally threw the bread on the counter, then threw the meat slices on the bread like she wasn't happy about it. So I made the comment that, I had just left a subway before because of the customer service they were rude. The cashier was quite polite. Just will not go back there ever again. Even after spending $70. They didn't deserve a tip but I left it for the cashier.

I’ve never had a problem here. This is the best subway, in my opinion, in the area. They don’t accept coupons like the Lakewood location, though. The employees are all really nice though!

I did an online order last night to pickup at 5pm. Went to the restaurant and a few people were waiting already, which is totally fine I don't mind waiting a little longer. come 6pm!!!! I am finally handed an order...2 6 inch subs??? I ordered 2 footlongs and 2 cookies. The kid working told me I need to call the 1800 number for a refund. I called and emailed and guess what? Stores are individually owned, no refund. I literally didn't get my food and threw away what I was given since it wasn't what I ordered. What a disgusting experience and loss of money. Don't go here if you don't want to be scammed.

I just waked in to this subway 02/03/2022 @ 0645pm) and walked out without ordering. The guy working behind the counter was working with his mask down. Might as well not be wearing a mask at all. The same employee was doing this the last time I walked in. I know it's questionable as to the effectiveness of masks in preventing the pread of the virus but seriously...we have been at this for 2 years now and people should know better. I take precautions and so far I have remained well while others I know are getting sick left and right. You would think a food preparer who is in contact with customers would know better. Being this is the 2nd time I have come into this establishment and the same employee isn't following precautions makes me wonder if his management thinks this is acceptable? I think I will go elsewhere.

They're always very nice to me there they make my sandwich the way I like it the only problem I have there is that you guys leave people there by themselves when it's the most busiest time of day slowing down serving the customers so I would definitely think that you should have somebody there from 2:00 to 7:00 not just one person

Placed an app order, not prepared by time indicated on app. They also don’t honor the deals on the app. Franchise owner needs to have enough workers on shift to handle the orders as they come in. Not the sandwich artists’ fault- it’s the owners.
update: stupidly tried ordering through the app again yesterday because I was sick. Their wifi was down. So they charged my card but didn't provide the food. There was no manager on duty (of course) but they were supposed to call me today to process my refund. No call. Typical. So now I have to call the store hoping there will actually be a manager on duty (there won't be).
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER, unless you just feel like donating $60 to Subway.

Food was good but the kid was really slow I think he was new it took like 40 min to make three sandwiches

The protein bowls are delicious. I hope Subway will at some point in the future allow extra meat for them like the Sandwiches. The lady was super nice. I want more of the Steak and Cheese protein bowl in the future. Hopefully Extra Meat becomes an option in the future. They are far less messy than Sandwiches.
