Open the dinning room! You are literally discriminating against people without a vehicle. Bike riders, people on foot, or taking a bus can not eat here. Wow. Fix this please. How many bad reviews do you need before you figure it out. I will not sit in my car in a line of 10 vehicles to eat here. I go elsewhere. You are losing business

Made an online order. Came to pick it up . To see a chair blocking the drive thru. Walked to the window and explained that I had an online order. Lady there says ok we’ll bring it out . 10 minutes later you see employees walking out with their own food and drinks and leave . 20 minutes later still no food. Called and finally got someone to answer. And told me I had to call the mobile app to get a refund. Completely ridiculous. This chair has happened on multiple occasions. The worst part is on the order tracker it says my order was completed, complete joke. Never received anything and wasted my time by telling me that they would bring me my food just to watch the employees then leave

This location consistently has a cone in front of the drive through to indicate they are closed and they always close early. They say open till 2am and they close at 10pm or 11pm all the time(tonight is a example). You can tell that this impacts your other locations as well. I have always been a Taco Bell customer and this location has discouraged me from supporting.

I selected the option in the app to pick up my food from inside the restaurant. Upon arrival the dining area is closed. I was able to access the dining area by a door that was open and asked to receive my food. I was told I had to sit in the Drive-Thru line which was 10 cars by that time to get my food. That defeats the purpose of me ordering my food on the app to pick up in the dining area because I didn't want to wait in the line and now I have to wait in the line. I asked him to please just give him my food he said no and that I could cancel my order but there's no option for me to cancel my order in the app. I am very upset and this isn't right the option to pick up in the dining area should not be available if the dining area is closed and it isn't an accessible option. I don't have time to sit in line to get my food I have other things I need to do. I just wanted to get something quick to eat. So now I'm out the money for the food and I have no food. Thanks a lot Taco Bell

I keep trying to like this location, but they constantly disappoint. My order came to $11.20, and they charged me $112.00. The manager on duty refused to rectify the situation, and it took 2 business weeks to get refunded. They constantly forget what you order, or give you an item not on the menu. Also, the outdoor board price is always less than you're actually charged. Tried them again today since it had been a while. Ordered the toasted cheddar chalupa, after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Once I finally got to the window, they said they didn't have that item any more. This has got to be in the top 2 of the worst run Taco Bell's in this state anyway. I'll not return again.

This Taco Bell is between 3 major highways, in a booming area, and the customer traffic is very, very high, but the staff are always on the beat. There's lots of unfair and circumstancial reviews here, but this Taco Bell has employees consistently doing two people's work, whether this location is franchise or corporate, the overseer of operations needs to get this staff some support and expansion. They're very hard working people, but far too often, the staff get the brunt of customer frustration, it's always over things outside their control.

Can't dine in and the line is ridiculous it blocks all the parking spots for people at the grocery store. I am currently trapped in my parking spot and can't leave untill the line moves. Take note I'm also in the second to last spot that's is the farthest from taco bell.... This is ridiculous. Open the dinning room already COVID is over!!!
