Dunkin'

No longer open for walk in. Refused service and said drive through only. Took this picture and a woman with breads came out thinking she was going to get an attitude and asked if I was taking pictures of her sloppy self. They all went in closed the doors. Great customer service. This establishment should get rid of the rats it employs.

Walked in for a donut. Saw the case had 4 to choose from so I was getting ready to leave anyway. One of the two women working came out and yelled at us that the lobby was closed and asked us to leave while flipping her hair and waiving her arm and saying to use the drive-thru. There’s no sign on the door, it’s 5:30p, there wasn’t a long line at the drive-thru, so we had no idea. Asked nicely and we wouldn’t have thought much of it. As we were writing the review, the two workers came out for a smoke break in and their car.

Very disappointing. Just received our dozen donuts and opened it in the car to find them already messed up! Glaze everywhere and they forgot the sprinkles. Worse part, the lady at the window saw the donuts, heard my complaints and could have cared less. Staff could be heard from from drive through coughing and seem unmasked. I understand the attitude of the ladies inside, rush hour is exhausting, but I would never come here ever again or tell anyone to go there. Kids and I are very disappointed. Oh and eggs are microwaved, ugh.

Have been here multiple times. They manage to miss the order about 75% of the time also. My order is always the same and a simple order. Large Cold Brew, add Mocha, add 2 creams... They often forget the Mocha... this location also over brews the coffee so it is very bitter. Since it was not checked until after I got it, there is no chance to fix the order. The service is slow and they try to cheat the counter by holding cars back from ordering so their times look better to corporate. This place needs management, either new managers or to get the current ones involved in their jobs. In my experience the quality is well below par even for a Dunkin location. Let's be honest, we do not expect a Starbucks quality here, but come on do better.

Poor Customer Service Several times I have placed on online order via their app for Walk In. When I get to the store the doors are locked and a sign posted saying I have to go through the drive-thru. Their drive through is incredibly slow and usually has 10-12 cars in line. I understand there can be a staffing shortage, but they should turn the Walk in option off if it is not available. An employee told me they cannot do that. I called corporate, and they told me that is not the case and that they would be contacting the manager. It’s more than just an inconvenience. I pay for a product that I cannot receive. Just keep this in mind the next time you place an order online. You would be well advised to go to a different location if possible. I’m giving up on this location and will go somewhere else from here on out.

The shift manager did not bother coming to the door to even bothered coming to the door. I understand there can be a staffing shortage, but they should turn the Walk in option off if it is not available. An employee told me they cannot do that.
