Went through drive thru on Sunday 3/27/22. Sat at speaker for a couple of minutes before anyone even said anything. When we got our order, two hot coffees, they were lukewarm at best. I went in to try to get hot ones. Ended up walking out because little girl working was too busy batting her eyes for her boyfriend to care to help me.

20 minutes waiting in the drive through 8am Sunday morning is absolutely insane. This reminded me why I never come here. It’s not even vacationers season yet. Lol.

They're a great Duncan Donuts but just a little slow at times, only because of their limited space, workers, business along with drive through orders. The drive through speed is decent. Only if you go inside, you may wait a while. It's a very small space. However, nothing lacks in quality of food & drinks, only in speed of delivery.

Used to love dunkin but something has changed even my partner said something is different the coffee has a werid taste now

Consistency not that great but when certain people work the best coffee. It is a long wait most of the time but they have a new computer ordering system. If you mobile order it makes your wait quicker than sitting in the drive thru. Also the drive thru is super tight turn so be careful with big cars.

This dunkin donuts is terrible. They take forever to give you your food. There was only 5 cars on line and it still took forever. They either need to hire more workers or close this place. I am not coming back to this dunkin donuts again. I recommend going to some other dunkin donuts. Also this place never gets your order correct. Please, go to a different Dunkin’

Waited in the drive through for almost 15 minutes after being told hold on and there was literally NO ONE else on the drive through! I get being understaffed but don't forget about someone you have waiting.

Worst drive through order experience. Ordered two simple sandwiches, received our order and after driving away noticed that we received someone else's order with cheese croissants and bagels. We were already too far away to come back by the time I got through on the phone. They offered to remake the order if we came back, but we were too far away. When I requested a refund I was told no.
