THE BEST DENNYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! Yassi greeted us with a big smile, Brandon brought us to our table with a smile, and Robert exceeded expectations at any level. He made recommendations and came to check to see if we needed anything. We will be back! We travel to visit our granddaughter often from the Monterey Bay area. The food was quick and good!

New Review! This is our third time coming here. Excellent experience today. The manager, Robert, had a great conversation with us, and so did one of the servers. They recognized us from our first and second visit! That is a really cool personal touch, that they’ll remember you face. Today we showed up around 11 am or so. The restaurant was not extremely busy, but it was moving. We got seated right away. The food was good. The service was also good today. Food tasted very good also, my bacon avocado burger was delicious, the avocado tasted fresh. French fries were nice and crunchy. Nice environment. We didn’t feel rush to order, we didn’t feel rush to eat. We did enjoy our time in there today. Overall, excellent experience! Thank you guys for the great service today! ———————————————————————- Old Review! It’s just another Denny’s. Today was our Third Sunday coming to this location right after church. So it was around 1 pm. This location it’s a hit or miss. The good quality of customer service is not there all the time. Our first time here, the service and food were just “OK.” The second time, which was about two weeks ago, was excellent. But today, it was bad. Customer service was lacking a lot today. 2 parties of three people (Just like ours) were seated before us, but we were there first. When we told the hostess she just said “they’ll be right with you.” No apologize, no eye contact, nothing. We finally got sat down. Our waitress was in such a rushed, even though the restaurant was not super crowded. We felt really rushed today, didn’t enjoy our time there at all. Food was good at least! Even though they did get it wrong twice. I give them a three star just because their customer service is not constant, it’s a hit or miss!

We went today (a holiday). They were extremely short staffed. However, I wanted to applaud the can do attitude of the staff that was on. From the hostess to the waiter to the young man bringing coffee everyone was cheerful and made us feel welcome. Good job everyone. Hope you can get more help soon.
