Mcdonald's

We eat McDonald's a lot. The problem lately has been the customer service is dropped off tremendously the food is cold a lot. The difference between LaGrange McDonald's and Valley is the customer service I've never had a bad customer service experience in the range or Opelika unfortunately Valley has had some issues lately the assistant manager is very nice he always greets me by name unfortunately not everybody is that friendly and almost every time I go to the valley McDonald's they forget something I stopped even trying to complain because it's such a hassle as a matter of fact now they make it nearly impossible if you have an issue you have to go back and wait in line which is usually super long then they act like they don't believe you and if you've ordered on your app it's very hard to go back and show it at least it is for me I've noticed that Jack's in the valley has become the popular place to go just because of the line used to McDonald's had cars out to the road now it's Jack's every morning jacks has a huge showing while McDonald's only has a few there I hope this helps the good news about McDonald's in the valley is the managers are very nice and their drinks are much better than opelikas I hope this helps we don't just eat there in the morning we there at night but you could apply this to anytime nighttime service sometimes in the valley seems to be more pleasant.

Lights on, menu board on, times on doors say open until 12 AM... But they were closed at 10:20. As one who has worked in the industry I understand being short-handed. However I counted five people in the kitchen and my attempts to request to speak to a manager were denied with shrugs of shoulders as and they did not know who they were. As I sat there trying to get the attention, I noted they were making drinks of some sort for themselves but not answering any calls on the headsets or the windows. Not sure if this is normal but it was a bad experience for me.

DoorDash didn’t deliver all of my food. When I contacted McDonalds about it the lady was very polite and understanding, she told me she would have them waiting for me. I called when I got there after realizing the inside was closed, and spoke to the same person. She was very polite and asked me to pull through the drive thru to the last window and she would have it waiting for me, and she did. I wish I knew her name but this is the best service I have ever received when it has come to fast food. Thank you to whoever you are, your kindness did not go unnoticed!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to, they are the sorryist nasties taking people I've ever seen .they get people's orders rong every time they are rude the last time I was there they didn't give me all of my order and when I asked for my receipt to prove it and asked for the manager because I didn't receive one I was told they didn't give a dam what was I going to do about it? I just told them I was going to tell a few people about it and they started laughing
