Waited in line for 40 minutes, but everything was fresh and fantastic! Guy that took my order and money must have been new and terrified. He was trembling. I also tried a sausage biscuit for the first time......Hello! So good! It tasted like the biscuit just came out of the oven! Just tried lunch here. Everyone was so friendly and fast! Food was fresh...including the fries!!!!!! 🍟 We tried the spicy nuggets and they are so good. No sauce needed.

I have had very bad experiences with both McDonald's located on US 52 (Sagamore Pkwy). As shown in the photo. I ordered a Carmel frappe extra Carmel. This was what I got after my complaining about the first one being made incorrectly. The manager filled the cup about a quarter way with coffee then added whip cream in the center as a filler adding more coffee on top. When I complained they gave me a regular cup and took away some of the ingredients again making it less for what I paid. BS... Why can't they just make it the way the customer asked??? Bad customer service...

We have literally been waiting in the drive through for over a half an hour at this point. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever encountered. Truly I don’t understand how management is even okay with this. They won’t pull people up for large orders, so we have been sitting in the same spot in line for 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time here.

Got 4 stars because you always know what to expect and they meet those expectations 9 yes out.of 10. Drive thru was packed. The line moved fairly quickly considering the volume and order was correct and fresh. Got a clue happy meals and 10 nuggets for the gkids and they loved 💕 it. I haven't been able to eat McDonald's for a long time, it upsets my stomach at best to outright sick at times. Not hating, I just can't eat many of the things I did when I was younger. Greasy foods and meat does not go down like it use to.
