This coffee shop is great! It's quiet and has comfortable seating. Perfect place for when you want to break away from the busier places around. It's smack in the middle of downtown Lafayette, so accessibility is great. Not too sure about the parking; I came here on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have issues with parking. I didn't try the food, but I'll be back for sure. The prices are great too!
Note: There's only one restroom, which wasn't a problem for a not-so-busy Saturday afternoon, but it could be a potential problem if the place got busy.

A must-stop in, and the true winner between all the cafes down town. If you're looking for the best food, real food, Java Roaster has the best options for you by a landslide. They make great coffee, refills only 50 cents, and I think the cafe has the best interior design aswell. Take a picture with any number of murals on the wall you old soul while listening to "Time of the Season" by the Zombies or a cover of Hallelujah.

Our favorite place not just for the coffee and bagels but the whole atmosphere. It's just cozy. Staff is great. The menu is simple, not overwhelming with selection. Music is set at relaxing volume. It's always clean. And there's cupcakes!!! Every coffee drinker in Lafayette should give this local shop a visit. Why support a chain shop when you can support local business that is of a higher quality!

One of my favorite local coffee shops for 7+ years. Always has the best indie/alternative music playing and has an overall cool atmosphere and decor (with lots of great exposed brick). Plenty of seating and wifi to study or work remotely.

I've been meaning to write a review for a minute. Every time I go to this snug coffee shop, the barista Sarah is so patient and kind. Currently she's the only one behind the counter, and even when there are a lot of orders she has to get through she does so with grace and calm. I love their veggie quesadilla and all their coffees are good and reasonably priced. Definitely going to be a regular here!

I was looking for a nice place to hang out while I waited for my husband. This is a very cozy atmosphere with music playing, Wi-Fi available, several affordable snacks and drinks to get while you hang out. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful.

Adorable coffee shop! Love the vibes, music, and coffee drinks. Breakfast and lunch foods are available. Has a printer which is really convenient too! Got the strawberry lace (mocha coffee) and it was DELICIOUS!

This is my favorite coffee house in the West Laf/Lafayette area. I've been coming here for years and have finished countless hours of homework at this place. That said, I enjoy Java for the atmosphere. Everything else is good as well. My parents, when they visited, always enjoyed the blueberry coffee cake. It's also a good spot for a date!
