Taco Bell

I came to this location on 07/09/2023. They only had two people in store, drive thru had a line and the two staff still catered the front guest and drive thru. When I received my food, I checked the bags. It was actually hot, portioned correctly with nothing forgotten. Even families with large orders food were correct. Soon as the order was place we received our drinks or freeze. Those two brought our food with smiling faces and actually said thank you, enjoy your day. I’ll definitely come back if I see them there.

I have gone to this Taco Bell time and time again to get the Power bowl. At one point after never being satisfied my beans were scorched you could smell the scorch and I ended up returning it after trying to eat it in the dining room. Today I went back and tried again and the bowl was perfect everything was fresh grape flavor the employees were kind , welcoming and friendly nice to know I can go back to the Taco Bell not far from where I live rather than having to go further for a fresh bowl thank you to employees that care about the way their food comes out and they are guest

I used the drive thru and my order was correct. And that is important to me, because I have been to a lot of drive thrus where something is always missing. You either have to go back or call in and report it. The customer should not have to do that. The workers should make sure that everything the customer ordered is in the bag.
