I was there with about only fifteen minutes left until closing and so they had very little of not much to choose from. Yet the recently hired server was very helpful and courteous. For a quick coffee or tea and a doughnut or muffin to munch on with it I certainly recommend this particular vendor of this coast to coast franchise eatery.

Saturday June 11, 2022 afternoon. It took exceptionally long to be served.
The cashier was clearly not in her happy space. No smile. No please. No thank you.
Inside the store was very cold. Customers were wearing their jackets, I returned to the car to get my jacket. We both ordered chicken bacon ranch wraps.
The chicken was over cooked and dry. There was barely any ranch dressing on either sandwich, we both commented on that. Sadly, this experience put both of us off Tim Hortons while traveling Vancouver Island.

very upset at the customer service. the man making our wraps didn’t understand the concept of extra chipotle sauce. and when some other woman took my wrap he was confused as to why he had to make me a new one. food was good when made correctly though.

Hardly give it 2 stars. Their donuts aren't great, their service is worse than great. Some are 24 hours but even then it's hard to get food after midnight

The worst drive-thru, you'll sit there for 10-15 mins. It's been happening for quite awhile now.

Nice large store, right alongside the highway, with drive though service, so it’s very convenient for travelers. The staffs are friendly and service was quick. Store was clean and tidy.

Weird to get reprimanded because I went in the wrong way when there is very little signage. Fix you sign then you have a leg to stand on.

I had a lemonade and had a relaxed time at Tim Horton's. Very busy but the service was great.
