Kfc

Never got our order. We waited at least 15-20 minutes. Come to find out they erased our order. the wife went in to see where our food was told they accidentally got rid of it. They told her that part of the order was available now and would have to wait for the rest. Will not ever go to this KFC again.

Considering it's connected to Taco Bell and it's in a small sometimes crowded town, I think they do a good job. The few times that we HAVE had issues they were promptly fixed and handled well! The employees are always very quick and the food is hot and fresh!!! Can't wait to see the new lobby and re-model.

The bathrooms were dirty, people who worked there were not very courteous they just served. The utensil area wasn't clean nor stocked up. One gentleman mention with all the workers in the kitchen area you would think one of them would at least stock that up. No comment from the manager like I'm sorry for the inconvenience we will take care of that. Just gave the man a dirty look. I had already mentioned I needed forks for my dinner and they still didn't get stocked up before the man mentioned the shortage of utensils. One wall was caved in where the sitting area was. Place looked very filthy and tables were not even clean. KFC has always been my favorite place to eat. This franchise is giving KFC a bad name. Thank you for your attention because this needs it.

Customer service was horrible. There were apx. ten employees. Three of which I saw were actually doing something. One gentlemen waiting for his order to be completed while I waited for mine. While the young lady was completing the order, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my order while there was a yman wiping counters to waste time, the girl from the drive thru and the one from front register doing absolutely nothing, two other guys walking around in circle without asking to assist. NO TEAMWORK AT ALL!!!! Then the girl that was completing my order notices they had not given me the two bottle of waters I was waiting for (which they could have gotten for her while she prepared the order), and she was frustrated. People without work needing jobs and these individuals not appreciating by doing what’s right. What a waste.

We ordered a family tender meal and more and when getting our food, we asked if everything was there since it is all tied up now when getting our order. Needless to say we were missing all of our sides and this is not the first time we have missed items in the past few weeks. We live in Lehigh and cannot drive all the way back to LaBelle every time they mess up. Tried calling and NO ONE answers the phone. This has happened TWICE to us now.
