Lured here by 2g2g at the last minute as we were in the area and they were closing, thought we'd check them out and my oh my they gave us a huge surprise bag filled to the top with bread and a couple bags of chocolate chip cookies. The bread were pillowy soft, smelled and tasted amazing, we will be using them to make lots of sandwiches, thank you so much for your generosity! 🫶

i’m not kidding when i tell you, the doordash order i got from this place saved my life. in the midst of a low blood sugar and time of the month induced meltdown, i order a nice sandwich, salad, and pickle combo and await its arrival, hoping it will fix me. imagine the shock and awe and raw emotion flowing through me when i unwrap my sandwich and find a beautiful little chocolate chip cookie nestled in the paper. well done rubicon deli, today you were my guardian angel. <3

Ive had this provided by my office and really like it. Stallion: 10/10 pretty damn good combination. The peporcinis add a nice sour taste to it likewise on the cheese bread it comes on. Nicely built sandwich nothing over loading which is key. Various salads: 10/10 they dont skimp on the key parts of the salad like avocado. Lettuce is cut vertically which is a great idea for easier mixtures of bites. Balsamic dressing was great. Cookies: 8/10 definitely a little better than standard. It has a nice butter/caramel finish.

The “ Stallion “ lol wow! This extra larsge sandie is $$$ but can feed a family of 4! Truly epic Italian sandwich with all the fixings you need, I added jalapeño cheddar bread and asked for a side of jalapeño sauce, and extra Italian and red wine vinaigrette to put on the sandwich. Highly encouraged.! I had to have a nice draft beer to go along with it and cannot wait to go back! Cheers 🍻, Thomas

Listen!.. from California to New York, this sandwich place takes top 10 on the best sandwiches in America. I'm so sorry that I didn't not get the name of the sandwich but must I say, EACH ITEM ON YOUR SANDWICH SPEAKS TO YOU. From the fresh jalapeno bread to each fresh slice of meat and cheese, I enjoyed EVERY bit of my sandwich. Make sure to ask for pesto sauce on your sandwich for a zing. This place is a must try on my list.

Good variety of specialty sandwiches. Awesome fresh baked breads to choose from. The sandwiches are large if you get a “full” size. A little pricey in my opinion, but I have yet to be disappointed in a sandwich. Nice modern atmosphere with a cool patio that has a little to-go center for you to test out your sandwich wrapping skills.
