Subway

Farrah was wonderful, however, the line was 5 people long. She informed us that she has only been employed for a week. A older lady with blue hair on the ends was outside when we arrived. She came in, went to the back and came back with drinks for the cooler. She continued to fill the cooler every thought the line was getting longer. I believe the customer should come before the drink cooler.

The food is made OKAY I suppose.. But their staff aren't very attentive. And there's one young man that seems to always be on break every time I visit. Not sure if that's coincidence or if he's just lazy. Doesn't seem like there's ever anything but teenagers working. Do they even have an active manager??

Ordered a steak and cheese sub and a veggie delight salad. For some strange reason they made the sandwich, put it in a brown paper sack and microwaved it. The bread and cheese stuck to the bag and when I pulled it out it was all torn up and the steak was still in the bag. The salad had jalapeño peppers and that was not listed as one of the ingredients. Was too spicy for me to eat. Very disappointed and probably won’t eat there again.

Hope this store don’t close down, great food and great music. Two co workers were new one was on her first day, second kid was on his second day. Super nice kids. Manager was awful, I’m not sure why she thought the new kids should know everything and she made it hard on them especially the second kid that was on his second day. They were both trying. She puts them down. No wonder no ones wants to work there. I was a manger and I worked with so many different people and some people are different and take a little bit longer to learn things. Your manger is rude and definitely not patience. I would hate to work with her also. Please find another manger Because she’s putting this subway down the trash.

Their was one worker working today, Allen, I was ordering my meal, all was great until the manager, brittany, came in. First she started getting onto him for giving me free food, but I had my money, and then she started accusing him of things he didn't do, which in my opinion is messed up. Tr he manager made the worker, Allen, go to the back and made me wait by the cash register for 5 minutes, then just walked off. She started texting and walked to the bathroom, Allen had to take back over again since I was just waiting there. Overall, good workers, bad manager. If your ever planning on getting something from subway, do it when the manager isn't working, it's not worth it if you do.
