Like I mentioned at the other store, I'm not a huge fan, the food is all right, the people are wonderful, but it's just another white castle. And, I don't care for that so much. But our brother and sister-in-law have huge bully dogs that love them, so we get them a treat when we're down in Tennessee.

First- I never review anything but this time it was that bad- It took them over a minute to acknowledge I was there and I was the Only one there. As I pulled to the window the whole area smelled like weed. Thought I was gonna get a contact high! The greeting at the window was weird and she almost forgot she hadn't even given me a total for my order. My drink was wrong and the level of onion pieces on the burgers was ridiculous. I don't mind onions but geez! Use to be a good place to eat but after today not sure I'll be back.

The donut holes were great!!!! But part of our food was cold, they do not honor the Krystal app's deals which are placed on their drive-thru menu,the 5 for 5 has changed to 5 for 7.19 plus tax,and they left off 2 drinks and a french fry. We did not feel comfortable turning around to ask them to fix it. They did recook 2of the chicks that were cold,but did not seem happy about it.
