Amazing products and service! I live out of town and called to place an order for an Easter basket for our parents and they knocked it out of the park. I told Tiffany what they liked and she took care of the rest. Our parents loved the basket and the surprise! Thank you for the amazing service and the wonderful quality of your products! It smells like heaven when you walk in. Free samples of ice cream until you make your decision, then the biggest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever seen. I had the marshmallow s’more ice cream and it was the most unique, best-tasting ice cream in a long time. Close runner-up was the apple pie. Delightful!!

The Employee’s there was very understanding expect the Pink haired one. This isn’t the first time I have experienced this with her. I love Kilwins and live right up the street me and my family come all the time. We will NOT be back because the business is just poor and the attitude are to rude for me to be paying them prices.

I’ve been to a few different Kilwins locations, and this one is the best by far! The staff are friendly and welcoming as soon as you step in the door. They’re very attentive and eager to assist with offering flavor suggestions or providing samples. Kilwins is a must-visit if you’re in downtown Knoxville!

The best ice cream downtown. Better than cruise farms and you definitely get your money's worth. If you want some quality made ice cream and other treats, I would suggest here first.

My only issue with Kilwin's is that I want to stop by every time I'm downtown. I had a waffle cone of Strawberry Chunk today, and it was as good as any of the other flavors I've tried. Very yummy!

First time I visited kilwins was in Atlantic station in Atlanta and was great.
This location as great as the one in Atlanta.
We had raspberry and lemon sorbet and tasted wonderful.
The service was excellent as well.
