This location!! Wow. Ordered apple fritter with the coffee, it was the freshest doughnut I’ve ever had from Tim’s, or anywhere for that matter. It was fantastic. I think they changed their recipe, for the better I might add.
Great service, excellent product. I was impressed and pleased.

Ordered a large mocha latte with 2 extra shots of espresso and extra shot of chocolate syrup and received something colder then the ice cap i also ordered! Drink look and taste horrible 😕 maybe real training is needed at this place won't be going back there ever again big waste of money!!!

The "outstanding Timmies" at Bird on St in Kitchener was so poor they do not deserve even one star. This morning while waiting for the bus and decided to order from there. I asked for a small tea, donut, and 3 muffins totaling $8.95.
It seems as there were not arrows or verbal words I stood on the wrong side waiting for my order. When in the correct side I kept waiting as on the counter was only 1 muffin and donut there. Another lady was yelling as every time she goes on her order is never correct either. The employees could care less and ordered her to leave. I myself could wait no longer for my order and had to leave without the rest. When I complained the lady claimed I never even ordered a tea but yet I got a whole 5 bonus points for not getting my tea. That location is full of incompetent people will equipped to do their jobs. Try to avoid this location unless you like losing money.

I came here to try Bieber balls. They were good and service is always good here too. I was kind of surprised to find that they don't check vax papers at this location for people sitting inside but that doesn't really bother me cause I'm vaxxed.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, they don’t care at all there. Definitely not considered “fast” food. It takes them 15 minutes to make a coffee when it’s not even busy. There have been COUNTLESS times I’ve gone early (because I know they’re slow) to get food/drinks and missed my bus/ION. Some of the staff are rude (not all, mostly the older people). Instead of Tim’s spending all their money on celebrity endorsements they should fix it from within starting with proper customer service.

Went through the drive-through for a quick sandwich. I really enjoy the Beef Craveable a smaller and delicious bite.
Yummy as usual, service was great. There were 4 cars ahead of me, but the line moved quickly.

This is legitimately the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, I don’t even write reviews but it’s so bad here that I want to. I have a minimum 15 minute wait for ANYTHING, I ordered an iced coffee today and couldn’t even take it because I’d miss my bus. Staff is either completely swamped and understaffed or just standing around talking not doing anything, 0/10 stars I shouldn’t have to leave 15 minutes early for a coffee and still miss my bus

Awesome staff. They should always add ketchup on the side for food orders because customers forget to ask sometimes. But still, great location with plenty of parking space and friendly staff 💥💯💥💯💥💯
