Pepi's Pizza

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First off, staff did not wash their hands between putting my order into the cash register and touching the pizza I ordered (gross!!). Pizza was burnt when we did receive it. Absolutely no flavour. So little seasoning that I couldn't even smell the aroma of the pizza. Ridiculously disappointing for the price. Would never recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely not be back. This place has GOT to be breaking at least a few health code violations. Eww.

Ok so being a kw native and a pizza "person"...you guys have had a very good "run" (all 4 locations) BUT!!! when the consistency changes as the price because of one excuse or another it starts to get "old"...personally im Italian and when "newfies"MAKING PIZZA😃 have had as good a run as you..its time to say thats it!!!!.....Magic pizza has the bomb pizza, and a cpl others....we are talking of a decent 30 ++ dollar pizza's NOT 2 for one ...3 for one cardboard pizza places but good "pizza"....And you guys were never in that market BUT, you guys have lost me as a costumer and many others i know of.#1 your employees need to learn how to use a calculator and the pizza needs to be good "EVERY" time.there is my opinion.true & fair.the reviews say it all.👎

Ordered the special 2 large 3 topping and paid 36 dollars including tax. Not impressed at all. No comments on customer service as I ordered over the phone and picked it up and had very limited interaction so neutral in that respect. The pizza crust was hard. The cheese didn't even melt properly. They used to be generous with their toppings but this was not the case this time. I wish I could post the pics for comparison. Go to a cheap pizza place and order more toppings and I am sure it would be better than what You would experience with pepis pizza. This was my son's first time trying pepis and I assure you he won't try it again. Really really disappointed.

Just picked pizza and munchie sub from courtland location. Lady did all quickly but guess what...no gloves for toppings or handling food. Constantly handling handheld old wired phone taking orders. Another call about taking some machine out of shop as someone took wrong machine. Lettuce and toppings put on the sub with same fingers that touched phone. Guess where this sub going, in bin as I dont feel like eating it with free bacteria topping added from phone handle. For pizza, I ask pepperoni,green pepper, Italian sausage, mushroom. Guess what, no pepper. No attention to order paid as so busy in recovering from phone calls and calls on hold. I went back to store as pizza was very plain with no flavour missing pepper. I was told I ask pepperoni, no green pepper. Total mood off visit as their pizza is twice the price of others . Cheap out on toppings, wish I took picture of burnt side of pizza. Sub would have been good but yikes.. Management should know what is going on, hence this post. Time of purchase April 11, 2019, at 4.35. I hope to hear from management.

Best pizza ever, when you ask for a item you get it not like other pizza places where you have to look for the items. They also have a sub called the munchie it is worth trying love the toasted bun. The only thing I have a problem with is there delivery you can only get it if you have a credit card which I think is just wrong.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Has no respect for women and does not let you speak when you call to complain. I would avoid this place at all cost and the food is disgusting. The "manager" disrespected my mother when she called and complained about an item missing on her pizza. He kept cutting her off and would not admit that he messed up and forgot an item.
