Subway

Must be a new owner as we have never had an issue in 7 years. They need to hire people who actively listen to what the customer requests. Husband told the staff 2 subway melts and 1 ham and bacon with the melts not toasted. They toasted all the subs. Got home and melts have roast beef on them? Called to confirm what goes on a subway melt and they advised turkey ham and bacon. Asked them why they substituted bacon for roast beef. They had no response. No apology or offer to replace subs was made. My family will never go back to this location. If the owner can't hire and properly train his staff he doesn't deserve business.

Quite disappointed with what this iconic sub chain has turned into in 2022... Compared to 10, even 5 years ago the quality of the customer service and food has significantly decreased. Don't recommend; portion sizes have gotten extremely small as corporate is always looking for ways to cut corners and most locations only receive their "fresh" veggies and meat shipment once per week. Stay away.

This location is excellent! I made a big order (6 subs) at a busy time (it was lunch time on a weekend at the end of February), and the subs were not only made on time but made perfectly, and brought out to the car by very friendly staff. I wanted to put a specific review for her and her colleague so the owners would know the specific staff, but unfortunately I never got one of those review emails. In any case, I hope to be back when I'm in the area.

I'm sitting here enjoying the wonderful experience. The man behind the counter cleaned the work area after I notified him of my allergies. He was thoughtful when asking about the toppings, and courteous in how he prepared my sandwich. The dining area was clean and well lit. My meal was delicious! One of the best Subway locations I've been to, I will be back soon!
