Pita Pit

I’m not one to leave reviews about a restaurant but this one is the exception, service was awful but everyone has bad days and I was willing to overlook that, until they mixed up my pita and the gentleman’s in front of me. I had brisket and he had steak, they accidentally put the brisket on his pita and realized they made a mistake, asked if it was okay to scoop it off, to which he said yes. so they scooped the meat off of his pita and onto mine with zero consideration of my opinion, not only was that poor practice but a quarter of the meat I had paid for was still on his pita. They never even thought of putting fresh meat on mine. Extremely poor practice and lazy aside from the obvious neglect of potential food allergies. Wouldn’t recommend. I will not be back to this location.

I placed a order trough door past for pita chips and they were burnt and I asked for garlic ail sauce I was expecting it to be be a hummus with that flavour but it wasn’t 😟 I understand I got what I asked for but the mix of the burnt chips and tiny sauce I didn’t want that I ran out of half way trough the bag was horrible

I was in the store this past Saturday and was the only customer in the store. The staff made no attempt to acknowledge me with even a smile or glance. I first used the washroom and then came to the cash register were I was completely ignored. The 2 ladies were cooking orders I guess for call ins and I politely said “hello” to let them know I was waiting. Still they ignored me and said nothing. I finally got frustrated and left. The older lady could not have cared less and said nothing as I left the store. Had they have even said “we will be right with you” or even “hello”, I would have waited. I hope the owner is aware of how his staff are treating customers. I ended up going to the Pita Pit on Fairway Dr instead where I was treated as a valued customer.
