Cathy at Cupcake Hearts was a pleasure to work with. The created the most beautiful cake for my grandniece's first birthday. It was beyond anything I expected and brought tears to everyone's eyes. We were coming to Kissimmee from out of state and weren't really sure what to expect working with a bakery through email, but they just blew us away. Not only with their artistry, but also with their customer service. They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond. I am so thankful and I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Cupcake Hearts created a cake for my parent‘s surprise 50th wedding anniversary party and it was the most beautiful and delicious cake I’ve ever had. I was able to arrange everything via email, so ordering was convenient. They also delivered the cake to the party which was almost an hour away from the store. I sent a picture of a cake that I’d seen online and I told them the changes I wanted and they executed my vision perfectly. The flavors I ordered for each layer were, coconut, guava cream cheese, and vanilla. Each layer also had a filling. I chose Cupcake Hearts because of I love their cupcakes and I believed they would create something beautiful, but their talent was beyond impressive. I’m glad I trusted them to make this cake. They proved once again why they’re my parent’s favorite bakery and now they’re my favorite bakery too. Everyone at the party was in love with the cake and the flavors. My parents were so happy. I am from out of town and needed to plan a group birthday. I called Cathy, the owner, and explained that wanted 4 specialty giant cupcakes. 40th, 4th, 1st, and Congrats. Cathy asked me questions so she could figure out how to design the cupcakes. I also ordered a dozen different flavored cupcakes. The flavors were amazing! The cake was tender and frostings and fillings were fresh! For the labor and love she puts into each product the prices were extremely affordable. I picked up the cupcakes they were packed and secured for travel. Hee shop is cute and clean!!! Thank you Cathy for the great purchase experience. I highly recommend her and this business.

My fiance got me a dozen cupcakes for my birthday party and they were so good, I only got to try one. Everyone said they loved it. I personally tried the Guava cupcake and it was amazing, specially for those who love cream cheese. Service 10 out 10. I came back today to try some of the other flavors since "cough" my sister and brother ate most of them.... lol

First time ordering here, and my experience was amazing. The cakes were exactly like I wanted, the flavors were amazing, probably one of the best cake and cupcakes we have ever had. Days later the cake was still very moist and flavor was still amazing. I will be ordering from them again next year for sure! Highly recommended 👌

The custom cake I received was so amazing. Not only did they accommodate my timeline but the cake was perfectly decorated as well as the best tasting cake I have ever had. My wife’s 40th birthday party was so awesome and she loved the cake more than anything else that happened. I wish I could give more than five stars on this.
