Zeus and Tiffany were so nice! 🫶🏽 I asked for a glove change and clean knives due to the fact that I have dietary restrictions and they abided so kindly. Tiffany was also very sweet and was attentive. Zeus satisfied all of our needs as well, and had a very clean workplace, too! They are stellar employees, I wish them the best!

Went in when it was busy (people in line and mobile orders being prepared) and the line went quick ! Wish I could should out all 3 people working but I can only remember the name Tiffany, I know there was a new guy tho ! My sub tastes great and I’m very impressed with the system of one person doing bread meat and cheese, one doing veggies and one helping mobile orders and cashiering!

I just want to say I don’t normally do review. But tonight I came in to order a few subs and Dominica was working solo and got jam with several customers… she’s only been with the company a month and half and the way she handle the line and flow. Staying patient and calm was outstanding. People came in with attitude because she was alone like it was her fault but again she was calm and professional. I would to have a supervisor reach out or corporate because during these time people with walk out and show frustration working in that type of stressful environment

Breaks my heart to leave a 1 star review. But I ordered my 3 original sandwiches that I have saved on the app for pick up and drive all the way home to find out they made mine completely wrong. My sandwich is the most simplest sandwich out of the 3 and today they decided to mix the ingredients and give me something I did not order and I’m not sure what’s going on with your portioning but my 2 year eats more meat then the half scoop of chicken yall put in my sandwich. It was basically bread and lettuce, I really thought I had no chicken or bacon until I completely dissected the sandwich. Terrible terrible terrible, just completely disappointing and I’m 8 months pregnant so I literally cried over a sandwich today. $10 for my sandwich that was basically just bread. I had to add in my own ingredients at home because I felt disgusted even walking back in there.

I was waiting in line to order, while I was waiting, I was using my phone like any other person would. When it was my turn, I was greeted with “Hello??” I quickly apologized and tried to order, and the worker interrupted me and said “Don’t use your phone when you’re in here. Hahahaha”. I didn’t like her attitude, so I said have a nice day, and I left. Being condescending doesn’t make people want to eat at your establishment.

The Girls who took care of me seemed exhausted and ready to get out of there. She was alone, her coworker showed up posible from her Lunch and took her time to jumo in to help her with the Cash Register. Needless to say l ordered a salad with Chicken and she pretty much just put a little bit of Chicken, so little it was ridiculous because l order that regularly in the same place and l always get more everything. I did not complaint because she seemed to be having a bad day as it was.

Clean restaurant, very quiz service, the subs were good quality, the manager was very welcoming and attentive and professional and constantly checking on people dining in to make sure they were good, which was very surprising and not expected at subway, or at least I’ve never experienced that. The supervisor cares about the restaurant and you can clearly see that walking in.
