Burger Craft

This place is great! The staff is super duper kind and caring. They very much want to make your dining experience spectacular. Their burgers are good and fresh (they are locally sourced and never frozen). The food is very good. Price wise, I would say this is pretty decent, but on the upper side of a counter service location. Overall, my dining experience here was amazing!! I'm definitely going back

I like this place because of its many offerings. I do not eat red meat but they have plenty of other offerings for people who don't eat red meat including a turkey burger a black bean burger and a portobello burger. I like that you can customize it however you want. Unfortunately the pricing is a little bit on the high side it's basically the same type of pricing you would see for like Shake Shack. It's never busy at this location which is a shame considering all of your food comes out fresh and is made to order. If you're a Disney cast member you get a discount when you show your ID.

Yes, I know it's a burger place. Yet I chose the Greek chicken salad. I was not disappointed! The greens were crisp and the chicken was delicious. The place was busy, but we got in and out with no problems. The drink selection is a bit slim, but the sweet tea was good. Parking is ample and the employees were friendly. If you looking for a quick bite at fast food prices this is a good spot.

I'm only upset about one thing! That I can only enjoy this restaurant while I'm down south on vacation! Very good food! Very nice customer service! They get the food out fast and the environment is enjoyable to be in! I love this place! I've eaten here 2 time in the past 3 days and will be visiting at least one more time in the next couple days before returning home. Please open a location in South Western Ohio!

I don't give 5 stars out to very many places because I believe that's a special level of ranking that is difficult to achieve. Not everything needs to be perfect for that to happen, but sometimes it's a combination of great things. Burger Craft managed to get a 5 star from me with a few things. One: You're greeted quickly and extremely friendly. Two: The service was outstanding. Very informative, fast, friendly, and ready to help. Three: Very good tasting burgers. All of the food had great flavors. I would have included a photo or two, however the food did not survive long enough to do so. Treat yourself to a milkshake, some garlic parmesan fries and enjoy the atmosphere. Great music, good food and a welcoming staff. Burger Craft has a franchise feel with single location attention. Lots of tables as well as outdoor seating. They tout the following for their burgers: Grass fed beef 50% more Omega 3 4x more vitamin e 10x more vitamin a 80% less cholesterol 30% less total fat More Omega 6 Humane handling And more. We definitely will be planning on returning before our departure. Thanks for the great food and great staff.

Amazing service, amazing food, all at decent prices. My first impression was cool another burger joint. But shortly after we enter the door I can tell this will be an exceptional experience. The guy at the counter was polite and engaging. The choices are endless but if your not in to the build your own, there were some pretty delicious pre built options. It didn't take to long to get our fresh made to order burgers and Fry's they looked as good as they tasted, Amazing!! I will be back for sure! My only problem was I wish I could eat more .

The portobello veggie burger was fantastic. My son ordered a plain burger and it was really good too. Love the toasted bun. The woman behind the counter that took our order couldn’t have been nicer. We have tons of burger places back home but nothing as good as Burger Craft. We will definitely be back!!
