There’s a closer Dunkin by the house, but my order is complex and they get it wrong I went to this Dunkin that’s further from me… Carlos! Made my day!! His customer service skills are Fire! The team made my drink efficiently and Correct! This is my Dunkin from now on! I Drive an extra 15 minutes just to taste the great service and they get my order right

This dunkin has had a complete turn around. It used to be a compete joke location for absolute trash quality. Now, omg....it seems they may have changed their coffee roast or gotten new espresso machines...idk, but the coffee is AMAZING it tastes so clean and crisp, the flavors are incredible...the staff is capable of working and friendly. Very happy, moved my rating from a 1 star to 5

Just wanted to jump on here and give Carlos a super sparkle shout out. Today is the 4th of July so you know any Dunkin is going to be busy however from what I over heard and seen nobody showed up for work today leaving 2 employees in the building. The wait was very long, and yet Carlos still delivered excellent customer service. Thank you Carlos!!

I was here a day ago used the app to order and the refresher was ok. I live right behind this place and ordered Uber eats. I didn’t get anything I ordered. The refresher was half way drank the components completely separated, and looked like it had been sitting for a while and someone drank it. I ordered 25 munchkins. I got 15 and I ordered a dozen donuts all chocolate, but four blueberry and I got not even a dozen donuts I got a glazed smh a waist of money. That same day I went to Dunkin and the manager was very nice and apologetic. She replaced my refresher and some donuts that day. She also had me come back and replace the rest of the donuts. I was very pleased after that shout out to this nice manager who was very understanding. Her name was T with all the stress of this job. She handled it very well.
