Amazing coffee. It's smooth and strong. No bitterness to their coffee at all. Also, the 3 women that were working there were so amazingly friendly and professional. It was 7 in the morning and they were working together like a well oiled machine. Outstanding costumer service by all 3 of these ladies. Well done!

Very nice location. The staff are friendly and will remember you when you are a re peat client. The flavor combinations are endless. The new girl scout inspired flavors are the best that dunkin has even done as far as campaigns. I wish butter pecan was year round. You would think that the really popular flavors would remain out all year. That's my ONLY complaint about them. Other than that I am a 1-3 x a day drinker. Buy one of their souvenir cups and refill it 24/7 for only $2.00

Quick and easy ; fast changing staff so state your order accurately even if you're a daily customer. Can't beat the coffee and a breakfast bagel w/ bacon, egg and cheese is a crowd pleaser. Doesn't seem to be any benefit to going in vs. Drive through unless you order on the go through the app; then go in and it'll be waiting for you.

I have been to many of the Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, and I have to say the staff here are the best. They are very friendly with a smile on their faces. Great customer service. Thanks to Brittany for helping us with our order and to Wendy. You two ladies are the best. They went out of their way to give both my husband and I great customer service. We had gone to another Dunkin’ Donuts next to checkers at 1935 E Osceola pkwy, Buena Ventura lakes. The staff there was rude and very unprofessional. I will personally never go back to that one. Even if I have to drive a longer distance I would rather come to this Dunkin‘ Donuts across from fun spot. The staff here is really nice and take your order gladly.

Love the place I work there and I know it's a lot of things that we need to work on and I assure you we are putting in the effort to make everyone's experience the best...I'm sorry for any inconvenience you' had during your visit ...I work 5-closing come it on those hours I assure you'll leave with a smile and a reason to come back....thanks everybody and hope your next visit well be better than the first time...

There was a guy just outside the store trying to solicit something money or a free meal from us, making it very uncomfortable. An employee and a manager very professionally asked him to leave us alone. We enjoyed the quality of the coffee and food as expected from DD but I was even more satisfied with the staff today. Thank you.
