There are a few similar places that are closer to our house, but I always drive an extra mile to this one since the people behind the counter are just so sweet, humorous and helpful... I so rarely encounter such pleasant staff in convenience stores and frankly I do not even expect that, so it's always a wonderful surprise.

Thank you store manager Ryann. Since the franchise change over months ago you have wonderful customer service. I appreciate your professionalism and personalization with each customer. You go out if your way to make the appropriate changes to keep a good team on staff. The store has made a large amount of changes in a short time with delivery and self serve and thank you for making it an easy transition. It's is a hot location with a many different ethnic backgrounds and communication and guest service are well matched. Thank you for a wonderful job un a raise! You have a beautiful smile as well its just thank you thank you

Two stars earned for cleanliness and for how cheerful the weekday morning employee is, however on weekends they don't have anyone there that can communicate with customers that don't speak their foreign language. That's not racist folks, that's common sense for biz... make sure you can understand your customers requests and be able to answer simple questions. Additionally, certain items at this store are significantly (25-30%) more expensive than at other 7-11's... specifically sodas and beer.

This is specifically for the 7-11 in the Houghton, Kirkland area. This place is open 24 hours but it seems they give up after 9pm. No food available after 9pm. Can't buy a hot dog or any hot food. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the ONLY 7-11 that I've witness that does NOT serve hot food after 9pm. I don't understand what the thought process behind this. I've been to literally thousands of 7-11s and this is the only one that doesn't serve food after 9pm. Unfortunately, this is a missed opportunity for them, hundreds if not thousands of dollars lost because of this practice. With a handful of bars in downtown Kirkland, there's no place for them to eat after work. Very sad.

I came in to buy items & also get the free coconut Red Bull at the Kirkland location on 68th. I told the associate about it and showed him the text. He acted like he didn’t know what i was talking about, acting like i should know how to redeem it since I’m the one who works there(sarcasm). He began to mock my words and being completely rude. I’ve never been treated like this at any 7 Eleven. The worst customer service. Since this guy knows everything, he should know how to treat customers right, right?
