Mcdonald's

Quality food, fast service and a man name Trevor working thier was super nice to talk with and took the time Durning his break to explain McDonald's high standards for food quality and just died really great customer service. He engaged conversation with me like a friend more than an employee and that was a really nice feeling.

I waited inside with three other customers for over five minutes before any employee acknowledged us (even though we were saying, "Hello can you help us?) Employees were laughing and carrying on instead of doing their job. Try and avoid this McDonald's if possible, unless you like terrible customer service.

We came by to this McDonald's to get some food because we were hungry at around 11:40 so we ordered 12 Mcchickens and two fries. We got to the window and payed and they gave us our food and we parked to eat and as soon as we grabbed the first two and opened them, they were so disgusting so squished and barley any lettuce and the paper was all covered in mayonnaise. We decided to go back and get our money back because who would eat something so disgusting looking. We told the guy that was at the window and he was being so rude saying "well what do you want me to do about it? You have to deal with it" and we told him to give us our money back and he started to have a horrible attitude towards us and he finally said ok and he went to get another person and also she was being so rude and just said "here's your money back" and just walked away.

This location is almost too convenient since I drive past it everyday during my commute. They are usually really busy, especially during peak hours, plus probably understaffed due to shortages, so be patient and kind to those that are working long hours. I'll usually order with the mobile app and wait in my car until they bring my order to me. I have nothing but respect for those working in this industry, kudos to them for working through the pandemic.
