Thank you Starbucks, it's about time Bridle Trails got a new store. The added plus will be this location will have a drive through. We just love Starbucks coffees and teas and can't wait for this new location to open up. From the looks of the construction, the grand opening should be spring 2020.

Just bummed out about the decline of this once trusted brand. Multiple close friends have worked at various locations throughout the years, but drink orders get fouled up every dang time anymore. Sadly, This trip was no exception. I’m super nice about asking for confirmation of my drink order, Bc I know it’s different people so messed up my order last time. But it’s like 70% failure rate. Rage quit.

First of all... my drink was amazing as always. I went through the drive-thru and while I was waiting at the window being helped by Makayla I think, I noticed one employee being a little rude to a COUPLE employees :( I believe her name tag said MacKenna? or something like that. This is disheartening to see, what I assume to be, a lead...Glad I didn't sit down inside because McKenna was QUITE tense and that would not have been fun to just even sit around that vibe...for any customer I imagine. hopefully Starbucks can address this because she was not creating an environment for customers like me. I'm sure she's just stressed but customers can see that too remember.

I came into this location today after having a bad day. The employees here were a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond and helped turn my day around. Thank you for such a kind Starbucks experience. Truly!

This location makes my drink wrong almost every time.
One time I went through the drive through on my motorcycle. They made my drink wrong twice, and acted like it was my fault. As I was pulling away one of the girls stuck her head out the window and yelled "we don't serve motorcycles here!!!!". Whatever lady, I'd like to see you tell that to your manager/regional manager. Pretty sure that is not a real policy.

Really like this Starbucks, nice and friendly, been going here a few years. But lately the outside seating has been a real mess, with rubbish all over the floor and overflowing trash can near by.

Ordered a specialty drink with no coffee and a vanilla latte.
They put coffee in the drink and forgot the vanilla in the latte. Very disappointed.

Great to be out for a walk and being able to walk in for a coffee, a little expensive, and then sit outside at one of their tables.
