Depending on who serves you the service your gonna get, one gal has more makeup on then a clown an gives you terrible customer service let alone wear gloves!! Then there's an elderly woman who does the best sandwiches an so pleasant, an then the high school gent that is so wonderful you want to take him home he's so darn sweet. Workers stand outside an smoke, total deterrent. Owners need to step up on your training.

So I visit this place quite often but tonight was a very bad experience with Amanda we waited patiently for them to work some online orders and she stopped them and started helping us well she asked us what we wanted we explained we had 5 orders and she rolled her eyes and when my wife told her the first bread she started slamming trays and throwing them on top of the bread tower I asked her if she could make them with a little less attitude and she said I don't have a attitude and then turned around and started mubbleing under her breath so we just walked out so they lost out on the sales of 50 dollars or more and future sales and I will let all my friends know not to go there either

I love Subway, in fact I used to work there many years ago so I know how to make their subs etc., and I'm very particular about how mine are made but I'm very simple too. These guys just seem to be getting worse and worse, especially when it comes to there online orders. I've gotten online orders 3 times so far and every time there's been an issue of some kind and that's not me being picky unfortunately. It's just plain out people not doing their jobs properly. Now when I go inside the restaurant I don't usually have any issues but then again, I get to watch them and make sure no mistakes are made. So I guess it's basically a gamble online.
