Burger King

This is a franchise so I actually prefer this location over the rest in Kenosha. The service is USUALLY friendlier and quicker and they seem to have specialty items longer and not run out (for example mac and cheese bites) The downside is when they run out of an item (for example onion rings) it can take a day or two for them to get more because they can't just call up another store and get them, they actually have to order them) That said they usually are pretty good at knowing what they need and how much their customers order and it's usually the place to go when all the other burger kings are out of something more than the place that is always out of stuff which is a huge reason why I choose to go to this location in the first place. It saves me the time and energy of hunting down menu items I want. They also have no problem making burgers for breakfast which I have had issues with at some of the other restutaunts. So over all I rate this location, the 52nd street location, with 5 stars.... But it's the only location I would give 5 stars to, so keep that in mind when deciding you want burger king because there are multiple locations in Kenosha.

I have had nothing but the best experience from this Burger King staff. Yeah, it’s in the ghetto but the employees are ALWAYS hard working, and ALWAYS helpful. The night crew is the best! If I could make Burger King give them raises I would. Heck, if I was rich I would go in and make sure every employee got a hundred dollars! They’re always friendly, speedy (even with lines), and my food is good. I say good because we do get the occasional cold fry here and there, but that happens at every other fast food place. This is my favorite Burger King in town!

Walk in and all the workers just stare at me as their wasn't even a person at the front counter for at least five minutes. Then got to watch employees come in clock in and talk with the other employees while not even noticing I was at the counter. Customer service was so bad the food runner literally dropped my bag on the floor. It's called team work for a reason but looks like their cell phones and obsessive chatter is more important than helping serve their customers.

The workers were rude. I went to the drive thru. Took 10 minutes to get my food. Food was cold, burnt, and wrong. Asked for a receipt and didn't get one right away. I had to ask again and that lady was rude and threw me my receipt into my car. We got home to eat and my spicy chicken wasn't cooked! I will never go to this location again.

Workers are lazy and rude. coming through the drive-thru for a small order took over 10 minutes. after messing up my order I came into store to speak with manager when I realized part of the problem is that they got one man working making food. poor guy struggling drowning and cheeseburgers all by himself while other workers seem to be walking around casually. one smoking a cigarette with no sense of urgency. I was watching this man struggle I felt so bad for being upset. It's always something here.... How is this store still open???

This place is just pure ghetto trash. The entire place smelled like pot, the cashier didn't say a word to me, just punched my order in, took my money, and walked away. I was pretty excited for a whopper, but it was clearly old. It tasted old, it was hardened, and smashed. It's honestly worth going out of the way to the one on 80th Street.
