This location was horrible!!! I ordered a roast beef sandwich they said they didn't have that yet. I didn't realize roast beef was seasonal. It's been forever since I have eaten there so maybe things have changed. So I ordered a chicken tenders sandwich. It came with mayo and pickles. When I got my order it was just chicken and bun. My curly fries tasted like they were cooked in week old grease and they left a coating of grease in my mouth.

Been here 4 times. Took longer than half an hour to receive my food, from ordering to receiving. Tried to give them the chance to do better, no luck. On top of that the only time they apologize for the wait is when you turn into a “Richard”, otherwise they don’t care AT ALL. Same goes for EVERY fast food in Kennett.

I walked out without ordering. While waiting at the front counter to place my order I heard the drive thru attendant ask the manager in back to add cheese to a customer's sandwich. The manager screamed at him, "If they want cheese they need to learn how to order!" I will never visit this store again.

Honestly, after yet another attempt to allow them to salvage their reputation, I'm done eating here. They're a bigger joke than Kennett McDonald's and THAT'S saying something. Our orders are always wrong, even after repeating it numerous times to a crew member that sounds high or stupid, I'm not sure which at this point. Just now, we received undercooked chicken strips, missing half of the orders, and that's after waiting over 25 minutes and being the only ones in line. Get your act together!

Sometimes my experiences here are good and sometimes not!! I do like their gravy and biscuit though! But employees need to work on better customer service!!!

I got fired today based on my general manager and my assistant manager opinion on my relationship which is outside of work
Then want to say my attitude my drive to work has changed.
Also my assistant manager had a problem with it even tho she hits on every black guy that comes through the restaurant including the black workers and did I mention that they are younger than her it's sad that they are doing this in a place of business this place is full of discrimination and envy jealously and hate and very unorganized and no leadership what so ever some of the employees were great to work with but the general manager Kelsey Brown and assistant manager amber Pennington are the worst people to work for and with

The time before this I had a problem with their biscuits I ordered a sausage platter and the biscuit was hard and thin I'm not satisfied for the last two times that I went and this is been within the last 2 months they were supposed to replace the sausage egg biscuit and told me I had a week to claim it that ain't what they told me on the phone the a sausage and gravy was good biscuit was not
