This is quintessential old school Italian Restaurant. Our server Mark was one of the best servers that we have ever had. He was so professional and had a passion for service and for the establishment.
The owner is truly kind and jolly, he always has a twinkle in his eyes, and takes pride in the restaurant. He takes the time to speak with you and males you feel special. He even came and serenaded us with his harmonica. The food is absolutely fantastic!!!! The chicken picatta was moist and crisp. The red sauce is great. The oysters are fresh and tasty!

We were at the Delaware, across the street. The service was so bad that we called Marroto's and went there. The food, outstanding, the service, perfect.

This place is great! Period! The clams and oysters along with their other food items are very fresh. All of the Italian dishes are authentic in taste and presentation

I would provide a better rating but for 2 things: the little neck clams were absurdly immature, and the waitress asked me what my wife would be having. The food was very good otherwise, as was the service. The chicken piccata was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely. I'll go back and try again for those things alone. Maybe next time the dozen little neck clams (raw) will be mature enough to justify the 18 bucks.
