The staff are kid friendly, very helpful and the food is made from fresh ingredients. It's a pity they are limited in size and to not having hot food such as wedges or chicken bites as advertised on the app menu. I wish they did supply it …

12 year old Son bought 2 pizzas from the warmer - brought them direct to me as I was in vision express. Pizzas stone cold. Went back and asked them to warm them - refused outright. Refused to swap or refund. Disgraceful. Went to Bob & Berts instead where there was hot food and amazing service.

I love Gregg's.very friendly staff,always happy,very much like the old days.i love their sausage rolls and definitely the best mince pies i've ever bought.enjoy and indulge yourself.merry Christmas.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. We often put in big orders and they're more than happy to help us. We love our friday greggs!

Staff in Westmorland centre Greggs are lovely. Bacon butties always spot on and loving the sticky toffee muffins at the moment
