Nice small café in the centre of Kendal with friendly, chatty staff. Lots of gluten free offerings. Pies (chicken, steak, meat etc) all proper homemade and gluten free. Same with a delicious variety of cakes. Good value too. Dog friendly inside and outside.

Food was good and staff was friendly we was served by the old lady she was really helpful but the things that made me disappointed was found hair on my Salad and order for espresso(25-30ml) but get lungo (55-60ml). Overall it was good..

Great little find in Kendal. 95% of the menu gluten free. Had a delicious meal and to top it all they had a wide range of gluten free cakes which we took away. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Kendal.

Visited here whilst on a short stay this week. Popped in and I had the cheese, onion and tomato quiche. When we arrived it was still in the oven which I didn’t mind waiting for! It was the best quiche I’ve ever had, beats Dicksons, shop …

Good portions of yummy food. Took pud to-go to have on our camping trip (the dark forest cheesecake was especially lovely!). Friendly staff and very dog friendly - they brought our dog a sausage, on the house.
