Visitors this location quite frequently. Lobby is usually welcoming and tidy , staff is always doing what’s needed to cut down wait times , but nothing over the top . Food is what’s expected and gets the job done . Good McDonald’s experience here .

Best McDonald in town, double lanes drive thru, lots of parking. Even the manager is cute! Lol. Highly recommend this place as best in city. Good job McDonald's. Building is less than two years old. Brand new site.

This location is great for my wife and I. We like to stop by quicking if we're out for errands. We just pop into the pick-up parking spot, and then they bring it right out, and we're on our way.

The McDonald's clerk who goes by the name of Sharon needs flowers, a raise etc. I was having lots of problems with my McDonald's app and we managed to figure it out. She went above and beyond in figure it out.

Good old McDonald’s. Sure, the food has gotten a little worse over the years such as meat which became a thinner drier hockey puck and every restaurant now looks very corporate rather than family, but it’s nice.

The food was okay mostly ice cream and shakes service was a little slow. However long line drive-thru inside the restaurant was rather busy considering it was past closing time .. only forgot a Carmel Sunday which was corrected immediately. I seem to always have the best hospitality and enjoyment of my time and food from Highway 97 in Kelowna than the other ones Rutland & Lakeshore the mall has its days but they don't serve vanilla chai fraps so I rarely visit that location.

Clean environment. Personable and efficient staff. Okay food for an ok price. It's fast food so I am not expecting fine dining. Also got a little squishmallow in a cute box.

Food came quickly fries were hot burgers were done well and the drinks were with as much ice as I wanted them to have and I could pour from whichever fountain I wanted to. Plus I got as much ketchup as I wanted to and a dipping sauce which was the spicy habanero one I hadn't tried it before but it was good and I even used my app to get points so I got a free cheeseburger after ordering a cheeseburger and a Filet-O-Fish because it was 50% off on the app so it really only cost about $4 and something change which I appreciate because that's why I love McDonald's I can go there when I'm poor and still get a full meal rather than go to a grocery store and get barely anything McDonald's is just worth it whether you have money or don't and the app is the best collecting points and the rewards that you get are way worth it saves you ton of money when you put it all together.
