Starbucks

Always friendly and helpful. They spell our names correct and its a nice feeling. They have gorgeous smiles and look like they genuinely enjoy being a Barista. Wishing the best for this store always. 5 stars all around! TBA Nadia helped us with a mixed item perfectly. That manager deserves a raise Starbucks. 5 stars all around. My fave to be in Kelowna. Comfy lounge chairs and places to plug your electronics. Have some cool rare tumblers eetc. Rarely sold out of coffees, snacks, desserts and merchandise. They have a good stocker and inventory. They substitute to a T. It's always comes out tasty. They got the magic amazing like alchemy. They have good programs to go back to a hool. Look it up or start school if you work there (if you are able too)! There coffees I'm not sure if fair trade.

KUDOS to Annie at Starbucks off of Harvey downtown. They didn't have what I wanted. She recommended something similar. I agreed. She put extra fruit in it and then gave it to me for free. I was stunned! That is AMAZING customer service folks and how it should be done! Thanks Annie and SB 😁🙏💗 EDIT** for those wondering... I tried to order a strawberry Frappuccino because they are absolutely to die for!! I have just recently been introduced to them🤤😋. They were out of the strawberry stuff so she recommended a raspberry vanilla bean cream one instead. I agreed. And then she threw chunks of dragon fruit in there which was pretty awesome too.!!
