I need to share a story here about how amazing our service was here. After driving all day on boxing day, and a stint on the road of being stuck in Golden with the road closed for 3 hours, we finally got to Kelowna. We were visiting my wife's mom in the hospital, and we only got a little bit of time because we were here so late. Anyway, after checking in to the hotel, we needed something to eat, but with it being just after 9pm on boxing day, we didn't have high hopes. We walked over to Milestones hoping they were open and they were! But only till 10. But our server Cymarah ensured us that it was no big deal and helped us out. Cymarah gave us one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. She made us feel comfortable, not rushed, had excellent suggestions for food and beverages. Shs spoke to us like we were friends shared some funny stories and commiserated with our troubles, but also knew when to keep her distance because we were having difficult, private conversations or tears. The food was absolutely awesome, it would be nice to have a couple of local craft beer selections on tap, but that wasn't a big deal. Absolutely incredible experience. We'll 100% be back.

Absolutely fantastic service from friendly staff (our server was amazing). Neat decor, a little bit on the loud side but to be expected on a busy Friday night. Food took a while, but again, busy Friday night. Food itself was absolutely delicious, from starters to mains to dessert, with very agreeable prices. Will definitely be back!

From the front door, to service to presentation of food all staff were of the highest quality. We ordered 1 order of shrimp scampi thinking it would be on one plate for us to divide on 2. When it arrived already on 2 plates with the presentation being better than imagined it told me the cooks were on the ball and cared about the quality and presentation of each meal. Way to go staff at Milestone. You hit the mark on all aspects of a dining experience. We will be back.

The combination of great drinks, appetizing dishes, and exceptional service made for a memorable evening. **Ambiance:** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant's interior exudes a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The warm lighting and well-appointed decor create a comfortable atmosphere that's perfect for both casual and special occasions. However, my initial experience was slightly dampened by the absence of a host at the entrance upon our arrival, which required us to take the initiative to notify the staff of our presence. **Drinks:** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We began our evening with the vibrant Blue Margarita, a visually stunning and refreshing drink that set the tone for the rest of the evening. The presentation and flavor were both exceptional, and it was evident that care had been taken in crafting the cocktails. **Appetizers:** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dining experience continued to impress with the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, a creamy and indulgent starter that was a perfect match for our drinks. The Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad was a symphony of flavors and textures, showcasing the kitchen's dedication to using fresh ingredients. **Main Courses:** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the main course, the Top Sirloin and Chicken Fingers were standouts. The Top Sirloin was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with a mouthwatering char on the outside. The Chicken Fingers, a favorite of my daughter's, were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, meeting the standards of even the most discerning young palates. **Service:** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at Milestone Restaurant truly shone throughout the evening. Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and demonstrated genuine warmth that added to the overall positive experience. Her expertise in recommending dishes and her friendly demeanor were highlights of the evening. **Improvement Area:** ⭐️⭐️⭐️ While the experience was overwhelmingly positive, the lack of a host at the entrance upon our arrival was a minor inconvenience that initially caught us off guard. Having to walk to the kitchen to inform the staff of our presence was an unexpected start to an otherwise smooth evening. **Final Thoughts:** Milestone Restaurant at Orchard Plaza offers a truly delightful dining experience with its delicious food, creative cocktails, and excellent service. The minor hiccup at the beginning did not overshadow the overall enjoyment of the evening. I highly recommend Milestone Restaurant for anyone seeking a memorable culinary journey in a welcoming and cozy setting.
