Best Subway I've been to in a long time.. this is the first time I've been here and been to a Subway where the people actually seem to enjoy their job! The two gentlemen that took care of me were very efficient professional and very courteous... I go out of my way to go to this location and it's worth it every time... I hope these two guys get some appreciation from the owner... there needs to be more people like them in sandwich shops ❤️

Very disappointed on how your female staff *Bianca (if that's even her real name) prepared my order. First of all the steak and cheese sandwich that I requested "toasted" was given cold. I used the online order for the first time in buying two sandwiches and realized I forgot to remove the vinaigrette sauce from my sandwich, I called the store to fix my little problem by not adding the sauce which the staff Bianca told me that she will take care of that for me. Once arriving, I just hopped out of the car without grabbing my phone since I thought I could receive my order by giving my name, I mean come on... how many Gabbys are out there that placed an order that I could happily give the description, but instead Bianca turned me around to grab my phone in order to show confirmation. SMH I'm a delivery driver and I don't go through this hassle when going to other Subways. Unfortunately my sandwich did came with the vinaigrette sauce which really set off the negative review 😕 and to blame it on the manager because Bianca used a classic phrase "oh I didn't do that my manager probably made it and she just left!" I just left too and she was the only person working. Another tip of the iceberg for liars. Safe to say that I will never trust online order and go in myself to see it through somewhere else (hey, that rhymed 🤭). Oh and another thing, I don't appreciate the sarcasm that Bianca used while I was walking out the door saying "Have A nice day!!!!" very loudly. Pitiful of management hiring staff like her.

This location is always super fast, very friendly staff and they do the ingredients right all the time! My order is always ready to be picked up even before the expected time in the app! Easy access right off North Tarrant Parkway and you can park right in front of the store. It has an access ramp and a reserved parking spot.

1-18-7 pm.I was very glad to be able to set and enjoy my meal. It took longer then usual to order. Sub sandwich specialist was very hard to hear and she got frustrated with me asking for repeats on here questions. Oven roasted chicken breast was cold inside even after "toasting". Very clean establishment. Google address is not correct but close enough.

Horrible customer service. The staff does not want to work. If you call or show up before closing they tell you they don’t have any more items to make a sub you call and ask so that you don’t waste your time driving up to the restaurant only for the staff to tell you well we’re trying to close up. I’m sorry but if your hours say you close at 10 you don’t close until it’s 10 PM. If you don’t want to work then stay at home. This restaurant is a bust. If I could give a 0 I would

I given this location a 5* because of the cleanliness of the restaurant, the open seating layout was good, the presentation of the food selections were clean, fresh and full. When you walk in the door, there was a welcoming feeling!
We did go during lunch peak time, so the line was long; however, they were on it! Maria was our sandwich chef and boy was she Pleasant! Maria served us with a smile!

Appears the N Tarrant location has management problems. My grandson got his first ever job there. After training several days Ana, the Manager told him she would call with his schedule. No call so he called the store and her personal phone only to be completely ignored. Is this the way Subway Managers treat new employees that are new in the work field? Now he has missed out on opportunities. Not good communication and unfair treatment!
