The manager was excellent yesterday! He helped me with a gift card purchase that wouldn't let me use on the app. Come to find out it expired a month ago. He continued with my order and took good care of me. Well done!

I have thrown up 6 times so far today because of their food. I am not sure what it was but I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and it’s usually amazing. This time it had almost nothing in it and has been making me super sick. Do not eat here, they are rude and also apparently give you food poisoning.

I meet with my men's Bible study every Friday morning and most of the guys buy their coffee and an occasional pastry or muffin. The place is clean and relatively quiet. I have no experience with the food because it is all outside my health plan. However it is a nice place to meet people.

Terrible. Please bring back ACTUAL rapid pick up, instead of leaving our orders behind the counter until you get around to it. There were 4-5 people waiting for orders that were right in front of them (behind the counter). Also, I ordered a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew & what I got tastes like iced milk (see photo). I'm usually extremely patient, but rapid pick up should be just that.. RAPID. I shouldn't be late to work because I'm waiting for an order. If that were the case, I would have just dined in. I also shouldnt get all the way to work to realize my order is wrong... Do better, Panera.

Staff was good. Sandwich was all lettuce and a small amount of chicken salad. Not as I've had it before. Disappointing

Worst service! Girl at counter argued with me about a mistake she made on my drink. Food was cold and when we asked to heat it up they were very unhappy! 70$ for not so good food! The Panera in Concord is the best! Keene not so good!
