Subway

WTH. Waited 20 minutes for 1 sandwich & a soda. Got the wrong bread. Then their computer asked for a tip. I got a tip for you, Try not to be so worthless. Sign on the window says they're paying 12 bucks an hour. Sure hope your employees are paying their way through college. I sure as hell wouldn't want him wasting my money. Tip number two: output generates income.

I have pictures of the ceiling in there its all water damaged. I took my family in my boyfriend is a carpenter right away we both noticed the smell it was so strong MOLD! BLACK MOLD! The smell is so strong we had to leave. Sent a friend back to see if they noticed the smell sure enough they did to! Gross.

There are a couple of workers here that are absolutely amazing employees. I'm pretty sure one of them is a supervisor and if she isn't, then she should be. I've never had a problem with these two women (Who I think have been there for a while). Sandwiches are made perfectly every single time and toasted to perfection. My girlfriend and I stop in here every once and a while but the quality never goes down. Only problem that I really have with the place though is the other workers. They're new right now so they might get better. Fingers crossed!

I drive by Kearney this morning stop by at subway ask for a Turkey avocado wrap add bacon, lettuce, jalapeno, cucumber onions in a spinach wrap. When I open my " meal come out with few slices of Turkey, 4 cucumber slices and 4 slices of bacon. No avocado no nothing else I pay 10 including taxes for a tortilla with a 4 slice of Turkey pretty much trying to call and could reach any body.

Very hit or miss with this store, I usually have a really good experience with this store but I’ve been having more bad then good lately. The girl that was helping me today, I think her name was Rebekah was absolutely rude. She just threw stuff on to my sandwich and was upset that I would interrupt her conversation. I am really upset and will probably get in contact with corporate because this was unacceptable. I am extremely upset at the customer service that was provided today very nasty attitude.

Entered the store at 8:30 pm. I was the only customer. I don't know the name of the guy working. I couldn't his name tag - it was a scribbled mess. "What would you like?" was the only full sentence I got. "Meat, sides, drink, size" was the rest. Made it apparent making my sandwich was an inconvenience. Crumbly voice tone. Another customer came in. He grumbled to her the same way. She walked out without placing an order. Sandwich was good. He did get my sandwich made quickly, so he could be done with me. Poor, poor customer service!! I won't be back.
