Update: Feb. 20. Violeta goes beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and happy with their orders. Her smile and greetings once I enter the store just make my day. Thank you so much, Violeta! Two weeks ago: I have been going to Pizza Hut at 803 Mason Rd #460, Katy, TX location recently due to my new job. The lady there "Violeta" is amazing! Her customer service and the way she welcomed me every time I went there with her smile, you don't see in a lot of places. I appreciate you, Violeta, and thank you!

I've experienced THE BEST service EVER at this particular establishment. A person who literally went above and beyond, a leader, exceeded expectations, Violeta! I appreciate everything you did for me and my family. Door Dash royally screwed up my order, never delivered it. Violeta made it a point to correct the issue and even personally deliver my order; after it was remade. What an exemplary individual. I applaud you, Violeta. Looking forward to ordering more pizza with you!

I just have to say that the manager who was in the store to greet me tonight (around 12:30am) was so nice and accommodating. At first there was a coupon issue, which he cleared up immediately, and at the end of the day, the mistake was on my part, which he didn't point out, I realized it immediately. Really nice customer service, not to be taken advantage of, which I've noticed happens in these parts sometimes. Great restaurant. My pizza was so hot and melty. Literally the best pizza I have ever had from this location tonight. Management on point.
