There are too many chiefs working there. The employees are too loud and they talk too much among themselves. They are rude, too.

Again what can I say. One McDonalds is the same os another. Same food all usually clean service works the same everywhere excellent if all the associates are in. What I find that separates the stores is traffic flow and parking, which this place has plenty.

I’m giving a 4 because most of the staff is friendly and I usually don’t have issues with my food. However, I places an order in the drive-thru yesterday and thought the guy who took my order asked if I wanted my total, so I said yes.
When I got to the first window, a lady repeated my order then asked if I wanted to round-up then told me I could round my total up to the next dollar when asked. Before I could say no, she said oh I see you already did it. 😳
I didn’t trip because it was only .18 but didn’t appreciate being fast talked while placing my order. What a sneaky way to increase a bill. Pay attention to what you are asked and to your receipts!!!

The food was delicious but they double checked my burger for accuracy too and put a sticker on it ! Which is pretty awesome fries were hot food was hot and I was satisfied I usually don’t post reviews but they went above and beyond who ever the manager is there is doing a great job

Look McDonald's is my favorite restaurant in the whole world... I love it. Hopefully I own a McDonald's restaurant one day... nothing bad to say.. I do have a burger idea.. just hear me out..

The service has always been solid and they don't make you wait a long time like some of the others. My biggest issue there is the parking, getting in and out of the drive thru. That's not the fault of the employees, so I won't hold it against them.

Late night visit. The drive-through had 3 cars in front of me. Service was not too bad. I waited 3 minutes to get my fish sandwich.

I am happy to come here when I visit this area. Delicious french fries, burgers are made by professionals, waiting time 2-3 minutes, very nice atmosphere and smiling employees, make this place one of the best in Katy, IMHO.
