Applebee's

Convenient location at La Makana Alii Mall. Food was very good. The Hostess was quite pleasant & the waitress was very efficient pleasant & helpful. Negatives were: we were told when we walked in there was a 15-20" wait "as they were backed up". After 25" we were seated in a section that was empty except for 1 table. And the Titans & Ravens were playing unbelievably noisey. The waitress told me only when there is a football game on. But TV jumbo screens everywhere which is great for the football fans. Even though we were in an off center section the service was great.

Food was amazing. Burger was perfect, fries were simple and great. Kinda slow cook time, especially for only having 3 tables, but that's a price I'm happy to pay for fresh food instead of fast food. $2 mai tai, and for national hamburger day, got out of there for $35 with a free brownie after doing a survey. Overall, will absolutely go back.

This Applebee's has had a lot of problems with employees not showing up causing long lines, delays, and generally bad service. This trip was the exception with great service and good food. We took advantage of the happy hour prices on appetizers and drinks. Everything was excellent and the waitress even came back to remind us that happy hour was over in a few minutes and asked if we wanted to get anything in before the flag comes down.

First time on this location with my wife. Walking in, it's just like a big hall and they added tables. Very basic. Food was good. Our starting salad came out after about 5 mins. Entrees came out around 10 mins from when we first ordered. Desert came out 6 mins after we got done with the entree. Service was great. They occasionally checked on us to see how we were doing. Our server got a good tip for her service.
