I ordered an extra chicken they forgot to put it in there I wanted extra crumbs they forgot it with them in there so I had to go back in after going through the drive-through and The food was really was cold

1 was extra crispy. Other two was under cooked . Now sure how that would happen.

Good luck trying to leave when it's busy. Parking lot was so bad you are literally stuck until drive through moves. Photo for proof

It's ok for fast food fish. They limit the amount of cocktail sauce you can have before they charge you. 🙄

We haven't been here in over a year because of how the place was run and the bad service. Today however, it was awesome. Everything was great, especially the service. The person, so sorry we didn't get her name, was doing an excellent job. We will be back.

There was a slight mix up with my order but the clerk handled it quickly and professionally. My grandson - who is a very picky eater actually ate my coleslaw and loved it. This particular long John silver's has been around since I was on my teens so the parking still reflects that and it sucks. Be prepared for issues going through the parking lot or drive thru. Even though this particular restaurant is over 30 years old this is still my favorite Long John silver's to go to.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the service was good and the food was good as well. I was a bit apprehensive to eat here after reading some of the reviews, but I was satisfied besides the super long wait for the food after ordering. I know they are short staffed, so it wasn't a big deal, I understand.

My youngest tried something new to eat and liked it! Always a plus. The price a little bit high for the budget, but not bad. Definitely a once in a while this for us. They got my order wrong or I told them the wrong number, so the my furry friends got lunch too :)

this was a fantastic lunch! very happy I stopped by. the crew here was incredibly busy but worked very quickly and was extremely courteous, so much so that I felt compelled to write this. the food was great. will absolutely stop again if I get the chance.

I was delighted to find that the food was the same as it was 30 years ago. I used to live near an LJS, but don't have one near me. Worth the drive!
