October 2022: Supply chain issues seem to be resolved. July 2022 update: Menu is missing things like the #11 Country Club and other regulars. I will be going to other locations until the supply chain problem is handled. I rarely have any issues with my order when I visit this location. I appreciate that there's a drive thru so I don't have to find a parking spot to get my food. I wish there was a way to scan my receipts to upload it to my account to earn points instead of solely rewarding mobile orders with points. Anyways, always nice service when I visit.

The customer service was excellent. came in a couple minutes before they opened today and the door was locked, but a lady manager came and waved me in and the energy she had was almost radiant. I will most definitely be coming back just because for a fast food place, it’s not many that treat their customers like that!

To the delivery driver in the light green van, I appreciate your coming back to my house to fix my sandwich issue today. You have been to my home the past 2 days 4 different deliveries and are so kind. Keep up the good work!!! Also best Jimmy location I've encountered so far bread is cooked properly and lettuce isn't brown like other locations I've used

I like their sandwiches, but they have a common problem that plagues many similar fast food establishments. The employees seem not to care at all about the customers. I had a special order and went inside instead of the drive-thru to be certain that my order was taken correctly. I took my food to go, assuming that it was correct since I went to great pains to be sure that it was. When I arrived at my office, I opened my sandwich to discover it was completely wrong. Very disappointing. I couldn't go back at that point because I had to work. this kind of thing seems to happen often and is very disappointing.
